Refund Policy
Our policy for instant digital downloads — clear and simple.
01All sales are final
Our ebooks are digital products delivered instantly to your device. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once your ebook has been delivered. Please read the full curriculum and our free sample resources before purchasing.
02If something goes wrong
If your file will not open, is incomplete, or you received the wrong ebook, write to us through the Contact page with your order ID — we will fix the delivery immediately at no cost.
03Billing errors & duplicate charges
If a payment failed but money was debited, or you were charged twice for one order, we refund the erroneous amount in full to your original payment method — typically 3–5 working days for UPI and 5–7 for cards.
04Buy with confidence
Every product page lists the complete curriculum, exactly who the ebook is for (and not for), and free resources are available on the Resources page — so you know precisely what you are buying.
